1. Where We Ship

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Orders are dispatched from our European distribution centre (Netherlands) to our UK customers.

2. Handling Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). If you place an order after 11:00 AM (GMT/BST), it will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Shipping within the UK:

  • Standard Delivery: The estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days.

Please note: In accordance with UK consumer law, if we do not deliver your goods within 30 days of the order confirmation (unless a longer period was agreed), you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders within the United Kingdom. No minimum spend is required.

5. Shipping Carriers

To ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently, we partner with reputable UK carriers, primarily Royal Mail or DPD.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to follow your package's progress online.

7. Returns Shipping Costs

Please note that while we offer free delivery on all orders, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for "change of mind" returns. If the item is faulty or incorrect, Canis Den will cover the return shipping costs. For more information on how to return an item, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Customs, Duties and Taxes

We want your shopping experience to be worry-free. For all orders delivered to the United Kingdom, Canis Den handles all customs formalities and import duties. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. There are no additional charges, hidden fees, or VAT requests from the courier upon delivery.
